Fixer upper
This is the old building behind my atelier that has been burnt out since I moved here, they are finally getting around to fixing it up. Im very excited to see the end result. Maybe it can be mine when they are done?!

I suggest you monitor it closely and as soon as the scaffolding is down you get your mattress and chair in there and claim your kraker rights!
