I received a tarot pack in the post today. I think it was from my secret Santa. It is a beautiful deck similar enough to rider-waite but certainly stands on it's on artistic merits. I'm happy with it, oh and they are black.
The style is very much the same as the buttons you once put on my website. Perfect for my new psychic tea party endeavors. Thanks Santa, secretly.

I think this Secret Santa may be the one that collects dry fruit. This one wasn't me. I sent something else, but it hasn't arrived yet.
These cards look nice. I was checking some at a book store here and I like looking at the different decks but still can't read from anything but the Raiders of the Lost Ark - Tom Waits deck.
That's what is so nice about this deck. I have no problem recognizing these from the original. I don't know, I just haven't had a deck feel so comfortable, so quick.
Perhaps it is time to retire my 20 year old, shabby, outworn deck.
maybe not..
Give it a try and see how you go. You can only know from using it a few times.
